2) Proposal /recommendation (show photo) and quotation based on customer requirement.
3) Confirmation of order: Purchase Order / Sales Contract and deposit.
4) Confirmation of sample (artwork approval), start production.
5) Balance payment before delivery.
6) Delivery of orders.
Notice: Further discounts on certain items would be given for quantity orders. 1,000 to 10,000 units depending on products.

As for logo printing,
- Silkscreen Printing / Pad Printing
- Laser Engraving
- Embroidery
- Hot Stamping

As each and every one of the printers / laser cutters are specialized in certain printing methods / measurements, it is advisable to contact us upon confirmation of orders and we will in turn recommend the most suitable and most cost effective personalized solutions (printers & printing methods) to you.

Cost / printing charges varies accordingly with the following factors:
i) Quantity
ii) Number of Colours (of printing)
iii) Size of printings
iv) Urgency of printings

* Notice: If printing or any marking required on the premium gifts, kindly send us a copy of your logo graphic file preferably in Adobe Illustrator (ai) format. We will start printing or any marking with your company’s name or logo upon approval of sample or artwork.

• Terms of payment
1) Terms of payment: 40% deposit upon confirmation of order and balance C.O.D, delivery upon clearance of cheque.
2) Terms of payment: 40% deposit upon confirmation of order and balance LC/TT. (Order from oversea).

• Delivery of Orders
1. Delivery within Klang Valley will be F.O.C for order above RM400.00 subject to availability of logistic transport.
2. Delivery below RM400.00, transport charges will be applicable subject to availability of logistic transport.
3. Delivery will be available within Klang Valley. Outstation (Ex-Klang Vally & oversea) delivery will be chargeable accordingly to courier mileage.
4. For urgent orders, it is advisable for you to contact us to arrange for the most effective mode of delivery.
5. No handling or shipping charges will be imposed on items purchased if customers personally pick up the items.
